When in doubt – Restart!

It can be frustrating when a computer issue comes up while you are working on the computer. Either the sound doesn’t work, MS Word is acting funny, a program is not launching, or even when it suddenly freezes on you. I’ve experienced that more than half the time, a restart is all that is needed.

Computers can sometimes have their own hiccups. Just because it’s electronics, it’s not flawless. From time to time, software can have glitches or bugs, that’s why there are always updates (windows, firmware, etc).

In the event that a restart fixes your issue. Be glad that’s all it took. Having hardware issues is worse. That means it’ll cost you to replace/repair an issue.

So the next time you run into an issue – RESTART FIRST!
